We are looking for an exceptional Support Worker to help us deliver high-quality and meaningful care to our aged care clients.

As a Support Worker you will work hard and with empathy to complete a variety of domestic, social, respite and personal care services. But this role is much more than just a job. Every task you complete as a Support Worker helps an older person to live as independently as possible in their own homes, and you get to see firsthand the difference you are making.

**To be successful you will need**:

- A current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003/4) and current CPR certificate (HLTAID001.)
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (myHomecare will organise at no cost to you)
- The right to work in Australia.
- Certificate in Individual Support or equivalent e.g., 2nd year Bachelor or Nursing, Cert IV in Aged Care or Disability or Home and Community
- Experience working in aged care, disability or community nursing is desired.
