Book Keeper/admin Assistant

Facade Site Services is looking for a book keeper/ admin assistant to join our motivated team. Experience with general admin, book keeping duties is a must.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

- Be able to work from home or in an office if required
- Experience in the commercial aluminium industry would be nice but not a necessity.
- Responding to inquiries.
- Processing payroll using software used by workers to clock hours worked each week. Training provided with software being used.
- Communicate with employees and build a good connection.
- Arranging inductions with builders
- Submit Super payments

Hourly rate will be depending on experience and knowledge.

Expected hours: 10-15 per week to start working up to 20hrs. Could look at more hours if this is what is preferred.

**Experience**:

- Min 5 years in administrative and book keeping
- Accounting would be a bonus.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
