**Best&Less** has an opportunity for a **Part-time Team Member** to join the passionate and supportive team based at our **Fountain Gate** store in Victoria. The position is for 20-25 hours per week, with the flexibility to pick up additional hours as required. Must be available between **1pm to 5:30 pm** Monday to Friday.

As an integral member of the Fountain Gate ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together

**As a 'Bestie' Retail Team Member, your role will include**:

- **Stockroom duties such as receiving and processing deliveries**:

- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store
- Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
- Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
- Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
- Ensure the store is tidy and well presented

**As a 'Bestie' Retail Team member, you are recognised as someone who has**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in retail
- Passionate about the customer experience
- Have a positive attitude - we can teach the rest
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Desire to develop your career in retail

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: Up to $23.45 per hour

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
