How will your ideas contribute to shaping what’s next?

Our Asset Management and Performance specialists work to understand our client’s organisations and the challenges they face to co-design solutions in response to risks and opportunities. We provide rapid, innovative solutions in the planning, design, preservation, and use of assets to create and protect value and manage costs.

As a graduate consultant, you will help to assist our clients to make data-driven and informed decisions for asset portfolios through the following capabilities:
Strategic Asset Management:
We create integrated asset management framework and strategies, which align with our clients’ organisational objectives, to support optimal asset value and achieve the right balance of productivity, cost, and risk.

Quartile One Capital Performance:
We work in partnership with our client’s board and executives to support decision making around capital investment and return to sustain quartile one performance.

Operations Performance and Assurance:
Aurecon understands that an organisation’s operational performance is the basis for profitability and value creation for its shareholders and stakeholders. We work with our clients to optimise their systems, people and service processes, and embed operational discipline to achieve excellence in performance.

Technology Value Realisation:
We help asset-intensive organisations navigate the technology landscape, providing services to realise the full value from investments in technology and achieve quartile one performance.

Reliability Services:
We undertake modelling, analysis and assessments to lower operating costs and extend the existing life of assets through the pressures of ageing infrastructure, scarcity of capital and strengthening of regulatory requirements.

Process Safety:
Process safety underpins asset assurance, which is the basis for providing boards and executives with visibility of the material risks associated with their asset bases. Through identifying and quantifying both threats and opportunities, Aurecon supports clients to recognise and implement mitigations

What are we looking for from you?

First and foremost, you will be ready to make an impact. You’ll be working towards a degree in:

- _ Engineering, Business, Finance, Data Analysis/Data Science, Commerce, Mathematics, Technology or Science (dual degrees highly desirable)._

Along with:

- _ Effective communication, engagement, and presentation skills._
- _ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities._
- _ An ability to initiate and build relationships with both your peers and diverse clients and stakeholders to push forward the boundaries of what is possible._
