Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses is growing & we’re recruiting for experienced bakery process workers to join our team as Bakery Team Members, working 2, 3 or 5 days per week. Shifts are Monday to Friday beginning at 5:00am

To be successful in this role you will have:
- The ability to be physically mobile, bending /moving and working on your feet
- Experience in fast a paced manufacturing environment - food manufacturer or industrial kitchen
- Experience working within a HACCP certified company
- Knowledge of GMP and food safety (desirable)
- Ability to follow process and procedures
- Ability to maintain safe operations, always adhering to safety procedures
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills and an optimistic positive attitude
- Neat personal presentation and hygiene
- Willingness to learn and be trained on the job
