Our bakehouse is growing, and we now have multiple opportunities for Bakery Process Workers to join our team of pie-loving individuals in Keilor Park, VIC and be part of baking history.
**What you’re going to bake**
This role comes with an attractive rate circa $24 - $27 per hour + super. You will also have access to fantastic benefits including:

Our people are the icing on the cake You will be working with a friendly team that is incredibly welcoming and passionate about everything baking.
**How you will rise to the occasion**
In this role, you will produce a wide variety of baked goods including pies and celebration cakes, while utilising a range of skills from running high speed processing equipment to manual handling ingredients and finished product.
Core duties:
- Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment
- Monitor production and remove faulty products
- Work on the production line and meet production targets (bake it till you make it)
Importantly, you will follow health and safety standards while ensuring that your workstation is clean and maintained at all times.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about baking and making people happy, and who have the right attitude To create a recipe for success, you will bring with you the following ingredients (attributes):
- A dash of enthusiasm
- A sprinkle of positivity and optimism
- A dollop of teamwork and collaboration
- The ability to adhere to safety procedures
- Willingness to learn
Importantly, you will be able to work on your feet throughout your shift and be able to speak up and let us know if you’re not feeling 100%. We have an on-site physiotherapist with a magical touch and who can knead your muscles and ensure you are taken care of.
Although it’s not essential, previous experience working in a fast-paced food environment (food manufacturer or industrial kitchen) is highly regarded.
