As Head of Production, you will be accountable for production management circle with strong business and commercial acumen. Lead the production team to achieve high quality of products through strong technical capability and in-depth knowledge for manufacture circle and delivery standards. Increase productivity and achieving cost objectives to maximise margin percentage. Thrive in building production procedures and process, coach effective teams.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead the production team to achieve agreed timeframes and margins for every delivery across international markets.
- Production critical path development and adherence.
- Supplier relationship building and management.
- Factory production capacity & performance management.
- FOB price negotiation and control
- New vendor sourcing and onboarding with sustainable fabric and products focus.
- Drive the improvement of product workmanship, functionality, and technical innovation.
- Support/manage production team workload, review procedures, system, and drive for performance.

**SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES**:

- 10+ years in Head of Production position.
- Experience in management of local and offshore teams,
- Strong capability in drive profit margin level, productivity, and quality standards.
- Exceptional knowledge of Supply Chain, Quality, and Supplier negotiations.
- Strong analytical skills and high level of interest in business process analysis and strategic planning.
- Excellent knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, fabric performance and testing requirement.
