**Requirements**:
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have demonstrated experience providing support to participants with highly complex needs and have the following skills and characteristics:

- Experience with Behaviours of Concern in line with a Behaviour Support Plan
- Understanding of restrictive practice policies
- Experience with complex and Mental Health participants
- Own vehicle and driver's licence
- Certificate III or IV in Disability Care or alike
- A current first aid certificate
- NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC)
- WWVP
- Reliability and dependability
- Good social skills
- Minimum 12 months experience in support work / NDIS

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $35.00 - $44.00 per hour
