Job Description
Fantastic contractor consultant opportunity for an experienced Organisational & Agile Change Manager to join our FDG Change & Transformation Practice and work with some of our brilliant tech partners and large-scale clients on business and digital transformation projects. FDG Consulting bringstogether brilliant talent and personalised consultancy to helpenterprises drive Business & Digital Transformation with a distinctfocus on co-creating heightened Human Experiences.

As part of our FDG Change & Transformation Practice we require a dynamic and talented Organisational Change Manager (Agile experienced) to join our team working on multiple dynamic projects. We co-create and implement organisational change strategies and plans to ensure an effective and sustained transition to the new business and digital way of working across organisations.
The successful candidate will put the human experience first and recognise that any technology and business change needs a well-defined transition path and mobilisation plan.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Lead and deliver organisational change management strategies and successful outcomes
- Delivering effective solutions for our clients by developing and leading the Change Management Strategy and Plan
- Designing change solutions, using Human Centred Design approaches, customised to business needs – agile when appropriate.
- Developing targeted engagement and communication approaches
- Developing and delivering a range of engaging learning materials and capability uplift programs
- Business Process Mapping & Change Impact Assessments
- Benefits Realisation - baselining and measuring change and program metrics
- Supporting Digital Program Testing
- Strong collaboration, presentation and facilitation skills to work with multiple streams, development teams and departments
- You’re collaborative and enjoy working in innovative environments across multiple projects
KEY EXPERIENCE
- 6+ years in enterprise level change management ideally in Technology / Digital Transformation environments
- Able to think strategically and drive practical change solutions for our clients
- You will have change management experience from either aprofessional services environment or large enterprise, played asignificant role, or made an impact on business transformation projectsas an internal advisor
- Planning and conducting workplace or organisational change in a large or complex organisation
- Facilitating change planning; including stakeholder identification, business impact analysis and change management planning
- Driven technology adoption as part of a full lifecycle of animplementation (e.g. a cloud / digital transformation / collaborationtechnologies etc.)

Requirements
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated experience in the implementation ofbusiness process and technological change in a large and complexorganisation.
- Good understanding of IT/ Technology projects
- Conversant with recognised organisational changemanagement methodologies.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills with theability to engage with and build professional relationships with a widevariety of staff at all levels within a complex and diverseorganisation.
- Demonstrated high level communication skills with the abilityto recognise and deal sensitively and constructively with situations usingappropriate negotiation skills and influencing styles to achieve positiveoutcomes.
- Demonstrated project and results focused organisationalskills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a dynamicenvironment.
- Working with key stakeholders to understand the‘as-is’ environment and map out the ‘to-be’
- Engage, coordinate, and support stakeholder engagement.
- Can work in a busy and complex stakeholder environment.
- Can manage and work to deadlines.
- Hasan eye for and appreciates detail.
KEY EXPERIENCE
- Change practitioner with 4+ years’ experience
- Enterprise level change management experience ideally in Technology / Digital Transformation environments.
- Able to think strategically and support practical change solutions for the client.
- Facilitating change planning; including stakeholder identification, business impact analysis and change management planning;
- Supported technology adoption through change management strategies (e.g. a cloud / digital transformation / collaboration technologies etc.)
