**About the role**:
This position is suited to a person with current clinical expertise in a relevant area with an openness to developing capacity to teach across multiple areas of the curriculum, and a passion for developing and delivering high quality and relevant learning for speech pathology students. A keen interest in engagement with the disability sector to support teaching and employability is also necessary.

**As a**Speech Pathology Lecturer (Industry Professional), you will**:

- Deliver effective teaching practices and suggest approaches to innovate teaching practices to achieve student learning experiences to support success and engagement
- Contribute to unit teaching teams and work collaboratively with other unit teaching teams in the course to develop effective unit curricula, clinical/professional education experiences and learning resources.
- Contribute to the review of units and courses and implement refinements.
- Support the development and delivery of clinically-focussed learning opportunities across the curriculum

**To be successful, you’ll have**:

- Master of Speech Pathology or above and/or other relevant qualifications with relevant professional experience;
- Recent (within the last five years) speech pathology practice experience
- Excellent record of scholarly learning and teaching in UG and/or PG programs.
- Capacity to contribute to innovative curriculum design.
- Demonstrated capacity for building collaborative partnerships with varied people/organisations
