The opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a high performing, talented and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Hemmant in Brisbane. You will have the responsibility for developing new business and building relationships with our current customers. You will play a vital role in growing our market share. Success in this role is having your finger on the pulse, keeping up to date with current market trends and building excellent relationships with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue potential areas for growth
- Lead identification, follow up activities and end to end sales execution
- Develop and maintain business relationships with existing customers
- Contribute to initiatives to drive sales performance
- Read & review builders plans & architectural drawings
- Find solutions for relative projects using our products
- Meet performance targets & deadlines (KPI’s)

**Requirements**:

- Outstanding ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a close-knit team
- Demonstrated determination, tenacity and resilience
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to work hard and do what it takes to achieve results
- Full driver’s license
- Computer literacy including Office Suite experience
- CRM experience preferable but not essential
- Insulation/industry knowledge /experience

This position will suit someone with Insulation industry knowledge & some sales experience or someone without experience who is self motivated and ready to pursue a career in sales
