To continue our success, we are looking for a
**State Account Executive** based in Queensland.
Reporting into the Regional Account Manager, this role leads MSO sales plans across Indies, P&C, Impulse & Licensed customers. This role is suited to somebody who has prior account management experience, and who can deliver and execute agreed sales targets through a field sales team.
**Responsibilities**:
**You Will Be**:
- Maintaining strong working relationships with your State MSOs to agree on terms and sales opportunities that delivery mutual growth for all stakeholders
- Ensuring speed to market through in-store execution by our Field Sales team
- Leading the state new business drive with particular focus on licensed customers
- Supporting the total State Impulse, P&C, and Licensed plans; leading events and execution of non-retail customer opportunities
- Building capability of the Sales team through coaching and sharing of best practice
Qualifications:
**You Will Have**:
- A valid Australian driver’s licence with a good driving record
- Full Australian working rights with no restrictions
- Relatable FMCG sales/account management experience
- A good eye for identifying in-store sales growth opportunities
- Experience resolving disputes/objections and confidence negotiating
- Excellent skill in prioritisation and time-management
- Proven communication skills - verbal and written
