**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated and reliable Facilities Manager to join the team at IStay Precinct Adelaide.

Competitive Salary + Super + Company Benefits
Full-time, Monday to Friday

You will be responsible for the following:

- Implement and drive the preventative maintenance program.
- Supervision of (but not limited to) electrical, mechanical, pest control, cleaning, fire protection, security control systems, hydraulic services and approved contractor works.
- Supervision of all common area cleaning and repairs and maintenance in accordance with the Caretaking Agreement.
- Act as the contact point for day to day enquiries from Bodies Corporate

**Qualifications**:
**The successful applicant will have**:

- Previous hands-on Maintenance/Facilities Management experience, preferably in a hotel environment;
- Proven ability to manage and develop team members;
- Experience implementing a preventative maintenance program;
- Experience organising, consulting and negotiating with Contractors;
- Sound MS Office skills (including Excel spreadsheets and word documents)
- A passion for delivering exceptional, pro-active service;
- Excellent interpersonal and communications combined with impeccable presentation.
