- Lead Research Initiatives: Drive innovative research in Paediatric Orthopaedics, generating high-quality data for publication in top academic journals.
- Develop and Submit Research Proposals: Craft compelling research proposals to secure external funding and support for your projects.
- Mentor and Guide Future Researchers: Provide supervision and mentorship to research students, fostering their academic growth and success.
- Engage and Disseminate Knowledge: Actively communicate research findings and engage with the community and stakeholders to promote research impact.

In addition to its academic contributions, the Department of Paediatrics is instrumental in shaping policies and senior management strategies at the Royal Children's Hospital, influencing child and youth health policies at both national and state levels.
