**THE ROLE**
This newly created role will sit in the projects team and be based at the Head Office in the CBD. The position will offer a great deal of autonomy so this individual can navigate across the complex organisation building relationships with multiple key stakeholders. You will work interactively with the team and the rest of the business to educate them on a new curriculum as well implement a new leadership and capability framework.
**THE CRITERIA**
To be successful in this role you will most likely have a strong capability background You must have exceptional influencing skills and have the capability of building relationships quickly. Ideally you would have experience of working in large organisations and ideally have proven experience working and leading on change projects.
