**Company Overview**

Leading Australian financial services organisation with a distributed network of financial services brands.

**Role Overview**

In a stand alone capacity, they require an IT Manager with an outgoing and personable style to support head office and their member network by providing strategic input and advice as well as the delivery of transformation projects to drive efficiency in line with the strategic plan.

They currently use a vendor for most of the hands-on IT support but vendor selection and management will be a large component of the role as you roll out a comprehensive IT strategy for the business to match the overall business strategy.

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong IT knowledge across Infrastructure and Applications
- Cloud Experience (AWS or Azure)
- Experience in designing and delivering an IT Strategy
- **Superior Interpersonal skills are ESSENTIAL**:

- Background in Project Management and delivery
- Risk/Compliance experience
- Knowledge of IT Security within Financial Services
- Financial Services Experience Essential
