**About us**
The Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) leads innovation in clinical care across NSW. We do this by bringing clinicians, patients and healthcare managers together to design and implement new ways to deliver healthcare.
**What you will be doing**
This is a dynamic and diverse role which is required to deliver a wide range of administrative support to a team which delivers a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Redesign three times per year, in addition to other workshops, forums and programs.
You will be responsible for the preparation and coordination of meetings, workshops and events including the virtual platform of zoom and Teams. This involves organising logistics of virtual set up and links, travel and accommodation for staff, booking facilities, catering, preparing and distributing papers.
In addition, you will also prepare agendas, minutes, presentations and collate information for reports and manage student progression through My Health Learning Pathways.

**Selection Criteria**
1. Experience in providing a broad range of administrative and secretariat services to senior level management. An understanding of the of the NSW health system would be an advantage.
2. Sound organisational skills, the capacity to prioritise, undertake and complete several tasks concurrently, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
4. Intermediate to advanced computer literacy including experience using word processing, outlook, spreadsheets, databases, presentation, desktop publishing and document tracking systems in particular the MS Office suite.
This position is a permanent position and **requires full working rights in Australia** (e.g. Australian citizenship/ permanent resident). If you currently hold a temporary visa that allows you to live and work in Australia, you may be eligible for employment opportunities in line with the conditions of your visa.
