**About this Opportunity**
- Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Director, I&T Service Operations, is responsible for leading the delivery and continuous improvement of stable, secure, and resilient I&T services across VIDA. This role oversees enterprise systems, digital, operations and infrastructure to ensure business continuity with mínimal disruption while optimising operational costs and supporting technological advancement. The Director, I&T Service Operations and Director, I&T Design and Delivery, function as integrated partners throughout the complete technology lifecycle, collaborating on solution handoffs, shared resource planning, and joint risk management to ensure that new systems are both functionally effective and operationally sustainable. Their success requires coordinated decision-making where operational insights inform design choices, design considerations account for supportability requirements, and both directors align on strategic technology roadmaps to prevent gaps between what's built and what can be effectively maintained.
