The Opportunity

AIA Australia has a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Performance Lead, to be responsible for delivery of ‘personalisation’ across key digital assets, which is a core part of our AIA customer value proposition. Working with the Senior Manager Website and Digital Optimisation you will roll out and deliver on the Customer Data Platform (CDP) roadmap and strategy. Formulating a consistent pipeline of marketing campaign driven Customer Data Platform activations.

To do this successfully you will:

- Create and maintain a roadmap that outlines the short-term and long-term vision for personalisation that is aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Build and develop sophisticated and personalised marketing campaigns and programs
- Working closely with key stakeholders you will orchestrate the execution of digital performance strategies for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Harness data to assess and fine-tune campaign performance and optimise CDP activations focusing on lead nurture and acquisition.
- Track and enhance the performance of CDP activations, offering regular and detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to optimize personalisation and retargeting strategies to new and existing customers including A/B testing.
- Together with key stakeholders you will design and implement lead generation, lead nurture, and marketing automation strategies
- Develop and manage digital marketing insights taking these and turning them into customer behaviour hypothesis. These hypotheses should then drive the digital campaign optimisation roadmap and feed into actions for the marketing team.
- Manage and recommend onsite Conversion Rate Optimisation activities.
- Demonstrated digital marketing experience, specifically focusing on Customer Data Platforms and data analysis.
- Proficiency in employing marketing tools across the adobe product stack such as Analytics, Experience Manager, Target and Launch.
- Solid analytical abilities, with the capacity to extract significant insights from data and transform these into implementable strategies.
- A proven history of managing and optimising successful lead nurture and acquisition campaigns.
- Understanding of marketing technology integrations
- Well-developed communication and senior stakeholder management skills
- Experience building automated journeys and tactical outbound eDM programs.
- Experience with performance optimisation/experimentation (e.g., A/B and multivariate).
- Experience with personalisation/dynamic content.
