**Position Summary**:

- Need QA resource to perform E2E integration testing for a new DC rollout on Manhattan Active WMS.
- Should have hands on experience and strong knowledge on Manhattan Active with an understanding overall Supply chain processes spanning from Order creation till fulfillment. Should have knowledge on warehouse operations, warehouse execution and control system with knowledge on MHE integration.

**Mandatory Skills**:

- Must have hands on experience and strong knowledge on Manhattan Active WMS along with overall knowledge on supply chain processes spanning from order creation till fulfillment.
- Must have knowledge on warehouse operations, Warehouse execution systems (WES) ex. SynQ, Warehouse control system, Warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and knowledge on MHE systems.
- Must have experience on MHE Testing (via emulators and physically at the DC).
- Working knowledge on any logistics and transportation management system (Blue Yonder, Centrino.
- Should be able to test all scenarios of Warehouse Management Systems and their functionalities is essential.
- This includes knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, receiving and shipping processes, waving, picking, and packing methods, integration with other systems.
- Knowledge on test management tool JIRA and defect lifecycle management.
- Good client handling and communication skills.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Be motivated and enthusiastic, able to work as part of a larger team and able to adapt quickly to demanding environments.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships across the organization.
- Strong analytical skills - particularly in relation to business and technology processes.
- Proven capacity for creative thinking - providing initiative and innovation.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all requirement documents are in place and demos provided to QA team to have wholistic knowledge on testing scope.
- Ensure that test cases, scripts, and scenarios are developed with proper coverage and executed effectively.
- Connect with different Business and technical stakeholders for review of functional, Integration and end to end scenarios.
- Incorporate review feedback and obtain proper sign off on QA deliverables.
- Execute functional, Integration and E2E tests effectively and report defects in the defect and test management tool identified for the project.
- Create propre test data required for execution by coordinating with the different upstream and downstream systems.
- Participate in the defect triage and daily stand ups to share status updates.
- Act as a liaison between different project teams, stakeholders, and vendors involved in the program.
- Coordinate testing activities, provide regular status updates, and escalate issues or risks as necessary.
- Facilitate clear communication channels to ensure alignment and collaboration among all stakeholders.
- Provide UAT planning and execution support to business.

**Salary Range**:$85,000-$97,000
