**YHA Sydney Central** is in search of a Housekeeping Manager to become part of the team on a full-time basis. The housekeeping staff plays a crucial role in maintaining the property's cleanliness and upholding the high standards expected of YHA establishments.

**What are we looking for**:

- Previous experience in a management role (at least 1 year)
- To be able to lead and set clear expectations of team's members.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Flexible availability 24/7 roster including night shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
