**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate the daily housekeeping operations across all areas of the property.
- Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff to ensure consistent performance and efficiency.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Develop and maintain cleaning schedules, inventory control, and stock ordering for supplies and linen.
- Liaise with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor staff performance, conduct appraisals, and manage rosters and payroll submissions.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, and infection control procedures.
- Handle guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Previous experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager role within a hotel, serviced apartment, or similar environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals (with proper safety handling).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and housekeeping management systems (advantageous).
