**About the role**:
We are looking for a passionate Support Worker for a permanent part time position, consisting of 34.75 hours per fortnight. In this position, you will take an active and holistic role in providing support and assistance to people with disabilities within a residential setting. Some of the participants you will be supporting have complex health needs and will require personal care support including toileting, meal assistance, hoisting and transfer support.

**At Gateways we work on a fortnightly, Week 1/ Week 2 roster, our work weeks run Thursday to Wednesday. The roster for this line is stated below**:
Week 1

Thursday: 7:30am - 9:30am

Friday: 7am - 9:45am & 2:45pm - 10pm + Sleepover

Saturday: 7am - 9am

Wednesday: 7:30am - 9:30am & 2:45pm - 10pm + Sleepover

Week 2

Thursday: 7am - 9:30 am & 2:45pm - 9pm

Wednesday: 7am - 9:45am

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Valid Australian Driver's License
- Victorian Working with Children Check (employee status)
- Current CPR & First Aid certificate
- Qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Work or equivalent (desirable)
