Role includes all aspects in connection with leadership and front of house responsibilities including (but not limited to):
- dealing with patient enquiries and complaints
- cash handling
- administrative and secretarial support to all staff
- training and mentoring all Receptionists at the Practice
- participating in the recruitment of new Receptionists
- seeking out ways to ensure that the reception or front desk of the Practice is running as smoothly as possible
- ensuring that all Receptionists at the Practice are performing and serving patients in accordance with the Practice protocols and values
- conducting performance reviews with the Receptionists and providing constructive feedback as and when required.
The nature of your role and tasks may be amended to fit in with the needs of the Practice and your role and duties may be shared with others. The performance of your role will require you to demonstrate a high level of well developed interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, maturity, initiative, efficiency and ability to work as a team member in a fast paced environment. It is a fundamental requirement of your role that you are focused on and provide excellent customer service.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Overtime
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
**Experience**:
- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
