Team Leader- Housekeeping

One of the Mornington Peninsulas newest properties is looking for an additional **Team Leader** to complement the larger **Housekeeping Department.**

The high calibre operations are operating 7 days per week and is an already awarding winning establishment.

Assisting in shift rostering and taking charge in Executive Housekeepers absence

Involved in daily briefings, cleaner allocations, space inspections, and provide effective communication to all team members

Training 'on the job' to ensure effectiveness and the best hygiene standards

Provide operational support and guidance

Working as a proactive team member

Inspecting all assigned areas to ensure property standards and cleanliness are maintained

Assist in cleaning schedules when needed

Working closely with the reception, F&B outlets and management

Ensure efficient use of linen and conduct regular inventory checks

Has a positive response to all guest inquiries and matters

**Salary**: $69,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- 2+ year Housekeeping Supervisor experiences (required)
