**THE ROLE**
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Strategy Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will be responsible for building and driving the short
- and long-term strategic direction of three channels: eRetail, MyCCEP & Aggregators. Data & analytical-driven insights will underpin your thinking, supported by commercial focus. You are responsible for delivering digital expertise across all verticals.
This role has two direct reports; Digital Strategy Executive and Digital Visibility Executive.
**The key deliverables of your role are but not limited to the following**:
- Building insight-lead, strategic recommendations across FSA’s, eRetail and B2B incorporating commercial and category objectives
- Identification of actionable business and customer-specific insights via dashboards and reports shared on a timely basis
- Create and implement short-term and long-term plans to achieve business goals, drive growth, and increase profitability
- Oversee the omnichannel briefing process to ensure all touchpoints are optimised and consistent across channels
- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Operations cross-system teams to ensure digital strategy aligns with overall business objectives
- Digital marketing objectives input, performance marketing and ROI modelling to influence future campaign optimisation
- Own and interrogate PCRs alongside Digital CAMs, building case studies to be shared
- Partner with eCommerce Business Manager leads and cross-functional teams (Grinders, Neverfail etc) to share case studies and actionable insights to impact commercial decision-making and digital performance across the business
- Develop a deep understanding of the online shopper & evaluate critical touchpoints on the Shopper Path to Purchase
- Work with GTMs and Digital Strategy Executive to develop an oPICOS for each channel
- Work with account teams to support Customer QBR’s, planning days, JCP & JBP discussions
- Alignment with category strategy to ensure it is ingrained in our thinking
- Work alongside the NPD Team to ensure digital channels are incorporated into launch plans as well as drive any opportunity for online-specific SKUs
- Grow and innovate on the digital insights and analytics capabilities across people, process, and technology
- Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Manage relationship with brand partners, sharing best practice and results
- Support the broader team to develop business cases doing competitor benchmarking to quantify size of opportunities
- Manage all relationships & budgets with Digital Analytics partners and vendors
- Coach, mentor and manage _Digital Strategy Executive_ and _Digital Visibility Executive_
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital technologies, platforms, and trends to ensure the company's digital strategy remains innovative and competitive
**ABOUT YOU**
- Marketing, business or sales degree/background desirable
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in trade marketing in an FMCG or similar environment
- Lateral, analytical thinker, problem solver and ability to work autonomously
- Ability to interpret insights and derive recommendations which will drive volume or profit outcomes which are win-win for CCEP and customer
- Well-developed presentation confidence and professionalism with the ability to manage varying customer & team personality styles
- Proven track record of successfully leading projects including budgetary responsibility
- Experience in dealing with external agencies & systems
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
