
Accounts Administrator

This dynamic and busy role will utilise your strong administrative skills and attention to detail to support our Finance and Administration team. This temporary assignment will ensure office administration tasks are completed to support the broader office team and contribute to multiple areas of our finance function including accounts payable, procurement and invoicing.
**Key details**
- ASAP start until end of September, with possibility of extension
- On-time weekly timesheets
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
- National Police Check required
- Carparking provided
**Duties include but are not limited to**:
- Complete accounts payable functions such as processing invoices, data entry and set-up of new suppliers
- Order office supplies and general office administration tasks
- Order uniforms and manage uniform stock levels
- Manage business assets such as IT equipment, vehicle fleet etc.
- Issue invoices to clients
**Skills and experience**
- Strong Microsoft Excel and IT skills
- **Exposure to Oracle Fusion and Redmap systems (desirable)**:
- Willingness to learn and be adaptable
- Excellent communication skills
