**The Company**

Our client is a growing, dynamic company in the distribution industry experiencing rapid expansion and is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join the Perth team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to grow their career within a company that offers a supportive team environment and the ability to upskill.
**The Role**

Your fit within the role will be dependent on your experience with key responsibilities including:
- Accounts Payable processing with multiple weekly payment runs
- Accounts Receivable processing including some Collection calls
- Daily Bank reconciliations
- Credit Card reconciliations
- Supporting with end of month processing
- Supporting with Cashflow management ensuring all Accounts are recoded accurately
- Produce Accounts reports ie Aged Debtors list, Moneys Expected
- General administration including maintaining supplier files, updating databases
- Resolving any invoice queries.
**About you**
To be successful in the role, you will be someone with who has experiencing working in transactional Accounting and have an enthusiastic and helpful attitude to help with ad-hoc tasks. You will be passionate about accuracy and supporting with the cashflow for the organisation. You will be agile in your working endeavours and be able to think of your feet and solve problems as they arise. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, have a strong work ethic and have the ability to work autonomously within a dynamic environment. Great Excel skills won't go a miss either
