Role Overview:As an Assistant Manager at Left Field, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the overall management of the restaurant. You will work closely with the General Manager to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising staff. Foster a positive work environment and motivate the team to achieve their best.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns, facilitating special requests, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and scheduling.

- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
