**About the Role**:
Melbourne Polytechnic is seeking a dynamic Service Centre Technical Analyst to support the effective delivery of IT service management and technical support. This is a great opportunity to contribute to strategic projects, drive operational improvements, and support collaborative team success in a purpose-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support via Service Desk, onsite, and classroom support channels.
- Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests using ITSM tools.
- Assist in ITIL Problem Management and contribute to root cause analysis.
- Deliver 2nd level support for endpoint computing, teaching technologies, and video conferencing.
- Monitor workloads and provide data-driven recommendations for resource allocation.
- Contribute to ITIL process enablement and documentation.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Relevant IT degree or equivalent experience/training.
- Strong customer service skills in a fast-paced IT environment.
- Analytical and technical problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
- Experience in call centre environments and dynamic work settings.
- ITIL framework knowledge and experience with ITSM tools (desirable).
- Experience in data analytics and reporting.

**Additional Requirements**:

- A valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- A National Police Check
