Access Psych offers qualified face-to-face and telehealth psychological services to address a wide range of mental health issues and concerns. As part of the MedHealth group - a purpose-built collection of 22 industry leading health, medical and employment brands - and with more than 80 AHPRA Registered and Provisionally Registered Psychologists, we deliver mental health support to meet the unique needs of individual clients and corporate customers Australia-wide.
**Job Description**:
Access Psych is seeking a hard working and enthusiastic Psychologist to support our growing team of Psychologists in Victoria. The role will see you support the delivery and growth of psychological treatment services through the provision and coordination of clinical expertise to promote and maintain the highest clinical standards.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Mentor, coach and supervise Access Psych Psychologists to support the development of their psychological clinical skills both individually and in group settings.
- Assist to create a supportive culture for the clinicians that motivates high performance and over delivery in all aspects of service delivery.
- Develop clinical practice knowledge and expertise by engaging in, initiating, promoting and facilitating professional development activities. Lead and collaborate on the development of evidence-based clinical practices and protocols.
- Contribute to strategic planning and development activities toward continuous improvement in the delivery of psychological treatment services.
- Support to growth of the Access Psych business through the identification and development of new business opportunities.
- Clinical consultation for any psychological service tendered for or implemented by Access Psych.
**Qualifications**:
- Psychologist (Registered/Clinical/Organisational).
- 5+ years relevant clinical experience.
- Experience working with diverse services including but not limited to EAP, Workers Compensation and Medicare.
- Board Approved Supervisor (desirable)
