Due to continued growth and expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Precision Technology Specialist to join our Sales Team in Ballarat and Colac.

**About the Role**:
As a Precision Technology Specialist, you will be at the forefront of promoting and selling Brandt's range of Precision Technology products. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Driving Sales**: Promote and sell John Deere and third-party Precision Technology solutions to meet customer needs.
- **Customer Training & Support**: Oversee product setup, optimization, and training to ensure customers get the most out of their technology.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with Sales and Territory Managers to integrate technology into every customer conversation. Supporting the Service Department to grow in the Precision space.
- **Accountability**: Take ownership of key performance indicators in your designated territory.
- **Customer Relationships**: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers within your area of responsibility (AOR).

We're looking for a passionate, driven individual who can excel in a sales environment and lead by example. You should bring:

- Proven success in sales, with the ability to inspire and lead others.
- An understanding of the agricultural industry would be advantageous but not mandatory
- A track record of cultivating and maintaining long-term, profitable customer relationships.
- A keen awareness of financials, including asset and inventory management, pricing strategies, and budgeting.
- A growth mindset with a focus on increasing market share and creating new opportunities.
