**Your new role**

As the HSEQ advisor, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating HSEQ management systems to improve business performance and compliance. Your duties will include,
- Review risk assessments and assist employees in developing awareness of these processes.
- Develop and coordinate Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Systems to improve business performance and compliance.
- Provide advice, information, and assistance in Health & Safety Compliance within a risk management framework to support Regulatory/Contractual/Company compliance and Community and other stakeholder objectives.
- Improve performance and compliance in the field by conducting regular and systematic site attendance on workgroups and providing routine coaching and mentoring.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a similar role within construction or mining
- Health and Safety or Risk Management or equivalent certification - Alternative extensive demonstrated knowledge, skills, and experience in Health & Safety.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with experience of managing stakeholders at various levels regarding Health & Safety.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to create strong Health & Safety initiatives in response.
