**The essential requirements for this role are**:

- Proven high-level conceptual, analytical, technical and innovative problem-solving skills that result in sustainable, flexible, responsive and client focused clinically sound solutions.
- Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills to provide advice and guidance to stakeholders and management including the preparation of high quality and accurate reports and documentation on performance and trends.
