At Little Stars Early Education Centre, we believe every child is a shining star with endless potential. Located in Avondale Heights, our purpose-built, family-owned centre provides high-quality early learning programs in a nurturing, play-based environment. We offer long day care and kindergarten for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, and pride ourselves on our inclusive, child-led learning approach.

**About the Role**
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Room Leader to join our warm and dedicated team. As a Room Leader, you’ll lead the planning and implementation of an engaging, play-based curriculum that supports each child’s development, while guiding and mentoring your fellow educators.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead your room team in delivering a high-quality, emergent curriculum
- Build strong relationships with children and their families
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Mentor and support educators within your team
- Maintain accurate documentation of children’s learning and development
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education (as recognised by ACECQA)
- Experience working as a Room Leader or Senior Educator
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
- A current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection training
