**CURATING ORIGINALITY TAKES TALENT**

W Brisbane, situated at 81 North Quay, Brisbane City, is currently seeking an Overnight Kitchen Steward to cover our graveyard shifts. As an Overnight Kitchen Steward, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks aimed at maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen area.

**Please note that this is an overnight role with full time working hours from 10PM to 6AM.**

**THE ROLE**

As a Kitchen Steward, you will be responsible for the following:

- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine and hand wash stations pot-scrubbing station.
- Wash and disinfect kitchen areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment using detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals.
- Clean and mop all areas throughout the kitchen.
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs to manager.
