Begin your journey wish us as a **KITCHEN STEWARD** at Westin/Four Points Brisbane. You will be responsible for cleanliness of all items used in venues and kitchens for the operation and for returning polished items to their respective areas.

**Who you are and what you need**:

- You will be responsible for the dishwashing process, cleaning of stipulated areas and equipment, refuse disposal and maintenance of operating supplies is undertaken efficiently and timely to a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Responsible for the hygienic and safe workplace within all back of house food and beverage venues
- Attend all relevant meetings, ensuring active participation, timely follow up on action items and pro-active dissemination of relevant communication points back to the department
- Ensure 100% compliance with all local Legislation
