At present, Council owns and operates six Early Education and Care Centres and one Preschool. Our services exceed National Quality Standards and meet the diverse needs of the community. To be successful in the role you will need to hold relevant Early Childhood University qualifications, a current First Aid Certificate and have an active BOSTES teacher accreditation. You will need to demonstrate how your skills and qualifications align with the position description with:
- A minimum of 12 months management or supervisory experience with demonstrated experience in developing, leading, supporting and motivating a successful team
- Experience in the development and implementation of an innovative, child led early childhood curriculum which ensures the rights of children are upheld.
- Maintain a learning community within the service where there is a culture of reflective practice and ongoing learning to drive quality and continuous improvement.
