Portfolio Retail Delivery Manager

**About the role**

We are currently seeking a Portfolio Retail Delivery Manager to oversee the efficient and safe completion of specialty shop fitouts within the QIC Real Estate portfolio and development projects across Victoria and ACT.

As the Portfolio Retail Delivery Manager, you will lead and mentor a dedicated team of highly proficient and technically sound Retail Delivery Management professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of our retail strategy, contributing directly to the enhancement of our properties and overall business performance.

The key accountabilities are not limited to but include:

- Collaborate with, and inspire the Retail Delivery Management team, fostering a culture of excellence and commitment to QIC tenancy delivery procedures and standards.
- Drive the timely delivery of tenancies while strengthening tenant relationships and ensuring seamless integration with trading parameters.
- Navigate and resolve conflicting interests across divisions to maintain uninterrupted fit-out schedules and achieve opening dates.
- Collaborate with tenants to craft innovative solutions within budget constraints, while aligning with QIC's design vision.
- Foster an inclusive and cooperative environment, working closely with Leasing, Asset, and Retail Design Management teams to achieve shared targets.
- Advocate a safe and healthy workplace culture, diligently identifying and mitigating risks to promote employee well-being.
- Monitor and optimize Retail Delivery Management team activities to ensure efficient and timely task completion.

**About you**

You will be a dynamic and results-oriented person with a passion for excellence in retail project management. You are a problem solver at heart, adept at resolving conflicts and overcoming obstacles to keep projects on track. You will also have:

- Qualification in relevant building & property disciplines.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the store design and delivery within a Retail Shopping Centre environment.
- Possess a high level of technical property operations expertise in trade or building services.
- Display a sound knowledge of building and operational property management regulations.
- Experience working with a retailer or landlord in store design and delivery.
- Ability to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Computer skills, including, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Outlook & Microsoft Word.
