**About the role**:
The Network Manager at Officeworks plays a pivotal role in providing cost-effective network products and services aligned with the business strategy. This includes overseeing network automation, lifecycle replacement, maintenance planning, implementation of changes and upgrades, and break-fix remediation. The role requires extensive interaction with both internal and external stakeholders, including managed service providers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the network design, including third-party elements.
- Drive efficiency and service level improvements through new technologies and practices.
- Ensure the ongoing integrity of network designs, security standards, and configuration documentation.
- Manage network service continuity through design, process development, risk management, and provider management.
- Collaborate with the IT Security team to mitigate security risks related to networking activities.
- Undertake project planning and control, contributing to network-related aspects of various projects.

**About you**:
**Minimum Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in networks, ideally at the postgraduate level.
- CCNA or equivalent certification.
- AWS Certified Associate Level and Microsoft MCSE/MCSA Cloud Platform certifications.
- ITIL certification advantageous.
- 10+ years of IT experience in Data & Voice roles.
- 5+ years of experience with automated platform technologies.
- 5+ years of experience in a multi-vendor network environment.
- Experience in budget and project management.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience at senior levels.
