We are seeking an Assistant Practice Manager to join our team at NDC Chadstone.

About the Role

As the Assistant Practice Manager in our NDC Chadstone practice, you'll play a key role in clinical support. You'll confidently and expertly provide high quality administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

Skills & Experience

You have:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Dental Assistant, with at least 1 year in a leadership role (preferred)
  • Broad clinical experience across all aspects of general and chairside dentistry, including paediatrics, minor oral surgery, prosthetics, simple orthodontics, endodontics, and restorative dentistry
  • Certificate III in Dental Assisting (preferred)
  • Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
  • Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - desirable

  • Highly professional with a polished image and takes pride in your personal presentation
  • An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
  • Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
  • Reliable, punctual and have a strong work ethic
