**About the role**:
We are seeking a Delivery Manager to join our Information Technology team in our brand new. As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of all B2B and IT demands in an agile manner, leading a team of external managed service providers to execute the delivery of agreed and prioritised demands, and continuously improving our delivery processes. You will also be responsible for liaising with internal stakeholders, IT suppliers, and industry groups.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Be the “go-to” manager for all B2B and Marketing demand, delivery status, and backlogs, including being the key entry point for all demands.
- Undertake requirements gathering and documentation, and translate business requirements to software requirements.
- Lead and own the rapid delivery process and execution of all B2B and Marketing demands, including triaging, assessing, sizing, and facilitating prioritising with business stakeholders.
- Lead, manage, and coordinate continuous delivery cadence in an agile manner, and be the single custodian to set up and mature continuous delivery processes, working together with peers and our IT Portfolio and Planning team.
- Instigate and facilitate workshops and planning sessions to investigate solutions, and co-ordinate and assist the development/delivery teams during the build of solutions.
- Play an Agile facilitation role by promoting and maintaining the Officeworks Agile practices are adhered to and evolve.
- Maintain a network of industry and research contacts.

**About you**:

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

- Several years I.T. systems or DevOps experience - ideally Retail Industry exposure.
- 3+ years of experience leading teams of 5 people or more.
- Proven track record of managing business analysis and requirements engineering activities, release planning and change management.
- Experience managing budgets.
- Proven experience in delivery management in an agile environment.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience in managing external managed service providers.
- Experience in developing business cases for new initiatives, including scope definition, solutions architecture, and resourcing requirements.
