The headspace Support Services Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational support and facility management services across the headspace Platform sites. The position operates in accordance with the headspace Model Integrity Framework and the business and strategic plans of the centres in providing high-quality, youth-friendly, and responsive services for young people and their families.
This is a crucial role in supporting the headspace leadership team by offering comprehensive administrative and operational assistance, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and timely service delivery.
You will play a crucial part in ensuring that all General Practitioners (GPs), Private Allied Health Providers (PAHPs), and co-located partners adhere to their contractual obligations while operating within the headspace facilities. The role assists in managing healthcare information systems, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all service data, and generating data reports for service monitoring and performance reporting purposes. It is responsible for leading and supporting the headspace Administration Team to operate effectively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment with multiple competing demands.

**About You**
- You will hold a minimum Tertiary Bachelor Degree qualification and hold applicable professional membership and post qualification experience as per the suitable grade list.
- You will have extensive clinical experience working with young people (12-25) with multiple and complex needs, along with proven experience in engaging and working with individuals experiencing mental health issues, and their families.
- Displayed ability to maintain linkages and networks with a range of government, community and corporate stakeholders to facilitate clear referral pathways for young people in crisis and at risk of mental health and drug and alcohol problems.

This role is based at the Headspace centre based in Gosford, Lake Haven and Wyong.
