As **Manager Commissioning and Delivery** you will lead a team of commissioning and project delivery specialists in the execution of our projects. **About the roles**: - upstream and downstream stakeholder management and customer engagement skills at senior management level - project delivery and team management in a high pressure commercial environment, delivering on time and on budget - create high performing project delivery teams for large key infrastructure projects, in the HV electricity industry - manage the portfolio planning in the execution and commissioning of Powerlink’s infrastructure delivery program of works. - achieve a balance in project delivery between technical and commercial outcomes. **About you**: You are a passionate people leader and are successful in managing large teams in delivering large and critical infrastructure projects. Your key areas for success: - You are recognised as an engaging and collaborative manager through care and focus on creating purpose and belonging for your people - Knowledge and experience in program and project management; including defining delivery methodology, implementation, reporting and evaluation to ensure high quality outcomes. - Your approach facilitates exceptional service to internal and external customers - You will employ 'outside-in thinking' to help mould the strategy and identify fit for purpose delivery solutions for the organisation. - You are an expert communicator both verbal and written, you are engaging, high energy and committed to deliver against expectations and outcomes focused - An understanding of the electricity Industry or other heavy industry sector to achieve positive outcomes for Powerlink.
