Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for calculating and issuing client invoices for accounts receivable, ensuring support documentation.
- Responsible for accounts payable transaction processing.
- Assist with reconciliations.
- Assist to ensure accounts compliance with all standard business requirements.
- Assist improving relevant standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Ensure fully utilise accounting software and other integrated software systems to achieve completion and efficiency of tasks.
- Perform other accounts administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Required experience in invoicing receivables and accounts payable transaction processing and payments.
- Highly preferred, accounts experience in a job cost accounting environment.
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
