**About the team**
The **Employment Programs** team provide Service NSW tailored programs for members of our community that may have faced barriers to gaining employment, including promoting a diverse and inclusive workforce. The team specialises in the nuances surrounding the Government Sector Employment (GSE) Act. Employment Programs works with Service NSW, DCS and non-government partner agencies in facilitating traineeships and internships. Employment Programs champions broader employment strategies.
**About the role**
**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Maintain regular reporting of operational outcomes in the Employment programs space
- Liaise with traineeship provider including any internal and external stakeholders and follow all requests
- Coordinate traineeship provider stakeholders to ensure required business process followed in line with contract
- feedback to be provided to Senior Advisor
- Oversee and coordinate the delivery of business, administrative and support services to ensure business needs are met
- Monitor and action all incoming requests & queries (via a general mailbox)
- Develop, implement, review, recommend improvements and update administrative systems, processes, and policies to ensure compliance (including GSE Act, traineeship contract, invoicing/finance processes
- Assist and coordinate with Employment Programs events
- Maintain regular reporting of operational outcomes in the Employment programs space
**To be successful you will have**:
- Have excellent communication skills (written and oral) and a proactive and friendly work ethic
- Ability to manage and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders - internal and external, across all levels
- Problem solving attitude with a fine attention to detail
- Ability to achieve high levels of work performance and compliance
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Have experience in SharePoint administrator and developing compelling MS PowerPoint presentations
**Your remuneration**
SNSW Grade 7/8 - The package includes the base full-time salary range of $98,941 - $116,651; plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
