**How will I help?**

Incredible opportunity as a Manager
- Managed Portfolio Research to join BT’s Platforms Investment Research (PIR) team. The PIR team has primary responsibility for the monitoring and oversight of the managed portfolios available across BT’s Platforms products. This role will see you lead the monitoring and oversight of the investment managers appointed to the BT Managed Portfolios managed investment scheme and platform menus. This is a growth area of the industry that has seen managed accounts become a key product structure offered in the market.

Other key responsibilities will include:

- Perform research for purposes of managed portfolio additions including ownership of managing the process with stakeholders. This includes writing up of research reports and presentation for peer review
- Lead appropriate fund and managed portfolio addition meetings with investment managers across a variety of asset classes
- Lead in stakeholder engagement
- Understand the BT Investment Governance Policy and have a working understanding of ongoing monitoring processes that are required
- Act as delegate for the Head of Research as required
- Be the key PIR stakeholder on large projects or Board directed items of work able to work autonomously through to deliveryDevelop relationships with senior management team to further drive the role of PIR as an internal investment specialist

**What do I need?**
- Extensive experience in an investment research or governance role
- Strong understanding of managed account products
- Solid understanding of wealth management products such as BT Platforms products (Panorama)
- Strong relationship/stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical background
- Well organised, thorough and detail orientated with strong service ethicAdvocate for continuous improvement and simplification
