Description:We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated casual Picker and Packer / Storeperson to join our team at Active Auto Sportique. As a Picker and Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient order fulfillment and maintaining an organized inventory system, as well as keeping the warehouse clean and tidy. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are starting their career in warehousing and logistics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently according to company standards
- Conduct quality checks on products before packaging and shipping
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods
- Perform inventory management tasks, including stock rotation and cycle counting
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments
- Pickup from suppliers
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Drivers license - comfortable with driving a manual
- Knowledge and passion about the automotive industry
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing orders
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
