We are a Start-Up business aiming to disrupt the food markets industry. We bring quality food straight to the doorstep of our customers. We source the food from the best growers, pack everything into our beautiful boxes and deliver them.

**What is a Picker/Packer?**

As a pick packer, you prepare orders for delivery. You pick them up from their designated location and ensure they are ready for shipping or dispatch. The pick aspect of the job title refers to removing items from shelves. You go around the warehouse picking out items required to fulfil a customer's order.

**Where?**

We have our warehouse located in the Sydney Markets in Homebush. Its a 2 minute walk from Flemington Train station.

**What will be you responsibilities?**
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
- Carefully survey the produce for possible damage or defects
- Selecting the best item as if you were shopping for yourself
- Use of a tablet and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
- Stock shelves and racks
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Physical endurance and the ability to lift items
- Teambuilding
- Punctuality and reliability
- An interest in learning about new technology
- Forklift Certification is not mandatory but is definitely a plus
- Previous Experience in similar Jobs is a plus as well.

**When?**

Our operating hours are from 5 am to 5 pm Tuesdays to Friday.

We have 8, 6 and 4 hour shifts available in that range.

We are looking to expand our operation to five days a week in the following months and encourage casual workers to apply.

**Legal requirements**
- Visa that allows you to work in Australia
- TFN
- Superannuation Fund

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
- Rotating roster

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
