**Your role**:
As Head of Data and AI, you will have full P&L responsibilities and control the design of products, sales, pre-sales and ultimately the delivery of the services to customers.

Initially you will be tasked with integrating the existing MOQ Data & AI Practice into the Brennan model, merging in capability from Brennan and Clade to form a cohesive, efficient, and highly effective Data & AI Practice.

The next goal will be to grow the Data & AI Practice to new customers and also to cross sell extensively to existing customers.

You will steward the strategy for Data & AI and develop products that meet market requirements, and also anticipate future market opportunities.

You will also manage the efficient delivery of services, ensuring high levels of labour efficiency, utilisation and profitability while managing a relationship with Microsoft to best build your practice.

**Note**:As part of our hiring process, you will be required to undertake a Technical Assessment and National Criminal History Check.
